Dillon's Half Birthday & Labor Day Weekend

Dillon is a half year old already!! Can you believe that?!? We can't! He is such a wonderful addition to our family. He's always so happy, and he laughs alot. He will follow you with his eyes around the room. He hates being alone. He loves his big sister. She really makes him laugh. He loves to rock himself in his bouncy seat. He pumps his legs so that he will rock. He can hold things and grab at things now too - like a toy or his binkie. His 6-month check-up is on Wednesday. I'll let everyone know his stats.

I love this pic. He's so precious with his arm up by his face and his legs crossed. He's just chillin!

Yesterday we went to Berlin Lake again with my parents. My daddy had to drive out separately because he is sick and was waiting on a prescription refill. He has fluid inside the lining of his lungs. They say it's from his pneumonia early this summer. He's going to see a specialist tomorrow. Please think good thoughts for him! We still had fun, though. The weather was perfect, the water was warm and we ate a lot of good food. Lily had a lot of fun swimming!

Lily also rode the jet ski with Mommy and Daddy! We got up to 25 mph with her. She said she liked it. I bet she'll love it next year.

Playing in the Johnny Jump Up! He really likes to kick his legs and bounce. Tonight was the first time we put him in this, but he seemed to really get the hang of it quickly.

Ut-oh, Lily is trying to twist him up. I do this to her in her swing, so why not try it out on Dillon, right?
