No pictures tonight, just a quick update that Lily had her 6 month check up today. Mae and I took guesses to how much our little one weighed before her weigh in today. Mae said 18 lbs, my mom said 18.5 lbs, and I said 19 lbs. We were all wrong. Our little one weighs 16.2 lbs. That put her only in the 50th percentile in weight. Her length is 26 1/4 inches long which is in the 65th percentile. And lastly, we are apparently going to have a very intelligent daughter because she has a ton of brains as her head is coming in the 90th percentile. We do tell her often and she hears it from just about everyone how beautiful she is and that she is a good baby, so I am sure that is adding to her inflated head.
Mom (Grandma Cross) said goodbye tonight as she heads back to South Carolina tomorrow afternoon. Christmas will be here in just a few weeks, so it will not be long before she is back again for another visit. It was amazing how fast the last 2 weeks went by while she was here, but we sure did have a great time while she was here.
Well that is all for tonight. Tamara is upstairs attempting to persuade Lily that going to bed before 10 is a great idea and to stay asleep the whole night. She has been having issues the last few weeks sleeping through the night again. Hopefully last night was the last night, but somehow I doubt it.
